Dependable Deliveries saved our day! There is truly no job too small for these guys and my experience with them was true proof of that. We weren’t moving from one house to another, but live on the second floor of an apartment and were getting a brand new couch from people who refused to deliver up a flight of stairs, as we’re on the second floor of our apartment building. It was stuck in the grass. It was a last-minute emergency, as my wife and I really thought we could get the new couch up our stairs and inside— yeah right! We needed someone because the couch was outside. Dependable Deliveries made it happen for us. The two men that came out were on time, careful with our new couch, and so kind! It took all of a few minutes and we were so grateful they were able to accommodate us at the last minute and with the same care and consideration as they surely provide customers with bigger moves.

Needless to say, we know who we will depend on when it’s time for us to move all of our things to a new home. We know Dependable Deliveries will be able to make it happen without any issues. Thank you so much!!

I have moved (and used moving companies) way too many times in the last 15 years and this was BY FAR the smoothest transaction (from a business side) as well as the MOST thorough and entertaining group of movers (from a labor/operational side) EVER! If you are ever lucky enough to have Ki the Karaoke King, Hutch the “Can-You-See-The-Bruises?!?!” Diva, and Stefan the New Guy facilitate your move, you can rest assured your belongings are in THE BEST hands and you will have the BEST. MOVE. EVER., no matter the circumstances surrounding it!! From the initial contact with Jesse through Thumbtack, to the coordination with Melissa the day before, to the actual move day with the 3 most professional, yet hilarious, group of movers, this was the most stress-free transaction!! They even spontaneously worked together to secure me warehouse storage with them once it was realized the contents were not going to fit in the storage unit I had secured (and there was nothing bigger available)! Talk about a potential freak-out moment!! I will definitely be using this group again…and not just because they have my stuff 😉 …. and HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend you give them a shot as well!! You WILL NOT be disappointed!

The guys were on time, worked hard, and were a pleasure to be around. When the truck proved too small for the job, they called another truck to supplement. The two young men who moved the furniture were polite and respectable and caring. I was satisfied and they did not get angry/irritated when my oak roll top desk required more disassembly and reassembly than knew about when spoke with Jesse. Also many many stars and thank you’d to Dependable Deliveries that they were willing to come to old location and move me to new location within an hour of my request in the mid afternoon on a Saturday when my original moving appointment was scheduled for Monday. I will recommend Dependable Deliveries to friends and people that I know will need a moving service in the future.
